Violation of Restraining Order \u2013 Arrested<\/strong><\/span>

\n 200 Minerva St<\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to a restraining order violation. The victim reported that the suspect, his brother, had violated the order by\u00a0placing items on his property and then threatening him. When the victim objected, the suspect threatened to harm him. Responding officers\u00a0<\/span>inspected and confirmed the restraining order;\u00a0the suspect was arrested.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Identity Theft \u2013 Burglary \u2013 Unlawful Entry \u2013 Arrested<\/strong><\/span>
\n 6:15 pm<\/strong><\/span>
\n 3200 20th Ave<\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to a report of an incident of fraud. The witness, a loss prevention employee, reported that the suspect attempted to purchase three new cell phones with inconsistent information. The witness contacted the phone company to question\u00a0the irregularities and was told that the suspect did not have permission to use the information.\u00a0After further investigation,\u00a0<\/span><\/span>the suspect was arrested.<\/span><\/p>\n

Burglary \u2013 Probation Violation – Possession of Stolen Property \u2013 Arrested<\/strong><\/span>
\n 10:22 am<\/strong><\/span>
\n 600 Judah St<\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to a report of a burglary in progress. The victim reported that the suspect was observed by the side of\u00a0his house yesterday when the victim returned home. When questioned, the suspect told the victim that he was an employee of PG&E and immediately fled the location. Today, the victim was home when he heard a noise from the front gate and observed that the suspect was outside his house again.\u00a0<\/span>Responding officers located and questioned\u00a0the suspect, who responded that he had a lease and was currently living at the house The officers detained the suspect and a search revealed multiple items that had been stolen from several different victims. After further investigation, the suspect was arrested.\u00a0 <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Warrant Arrest \u2013 Arrested<\/strong><\/span>
\n 2:40 pm<\/strong><\/span>
\n Randolph St & Bright St<\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers were on patrol and recognized a\u00a0known suspect who had a warrant for his arrest. Officers confirmed the warrant and detained the suspect. The suspect was arrested<\/span> without incident.\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span><\/p>\n

Shoplifting \u2013 Cited<\/strong><\/span>
\n 2:05 pm<\/strong><\/span>
\n 1100 Ocean Ave<\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to a report of a shoplifting incident. The witness reported that the suspect was observed stealing multiple items before immediately walking out of the door. Responding officers\u00a0detained the suspect without incident and a computer\u00a0<\/span>check on the suspect revealed that he was on probation. After further investigation, the\u00a0suspect was cited.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
