\n Officers were conducting\u00a0LIDAR enforcement and observed a vehicle traveling at 54 mph in a 35 mph zone. The officers conducted a traffic stop. Upon questioning, the\u00a0driver told the officers that while he had been living in the city for over six months, he did not have a driver’s licensed and only had an\u00a0international driver\u2019s license. The driver was cited.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
