Child Abuse<\/span><\/strong><\/span>

\n Confidential<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to a report regarding child abuse. The victim’s mother reported\u00a0that her child told her that she had been touched inappropriately by the child care provider and was also hit on the stomach while at day care.\u00a0<\/span>Officers documented the incident and reported it to Family and Child Services.<\/span><\/p>\n

Threats<\/span><\/strong><\/span>

\n 00 Fairfield Way<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to a report regarding a terrorist threat. The victim reported that she received text messages from the mother of one of the children in her day care. The victim stated that the messages accused the victim of committing sexual assault against the suspect’s daughter and threatened the victim. \u00a0<\/span>Officers obtained a restraining order for the victim against the suspect.<\/span><\/p>\n

Harassment<\/span><\/strong><\/span>

\n 1600 44th Ave<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to a report regarding harassing calls.\u00a0The victim reported that she told the suspect to stop sending her Facebook messages but\u00a0the suspect responded by threatening the victim. Responding officers documented the incident.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Trespassing – Cited<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 3:20 pm<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Taraval St & 18th Ave<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to a report regarding threats to a store employee. The employee reported that the suspect was observed charging his phone in the store by using a loading dock, which was private property. The suspect was asked to leave but the suspect refused and began to verbally abuse and threaten the employee. Officers\u00a0advised the suspect\u00a0against entering the store again and to not trespass at any time, to which the suspect agreed.\u00a0<\/span>The suspect was cited.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Driving without a License – Cited<\/span><\/strong><\/span>

\n 32nd Ave & Vicente St<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers were on patrol when they observed a vehicle displaying expired registration tabs. Officers conducted a traffic stop on the vehicle. When officers asked for the suspect\u2019s license, the suspect stated that he was never issued a driver’s license. Officers contacted Juvenile Justice and informed them of the charges against the juveniles. The juveniles were cited and released to their guardians.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Shoplifting – Cited<\/span><\/strong><\/span>

\n 3200 20th Ave<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to a report regarding a shoplifting incident. The witness, an asset protection employee, stated that the suspect was observed wearing a backpack which still had the price tags attached. The suspect then exited a fitting room without any of the merchandise that he went inside with. Immediately, the suspect attempted to exit the store. The suspect was detained by store employees and the merchandise was recovered after a search of the suspect’s backpack. After further investigation, the suspect was cited.\u00a0 <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Warrant Arrest \u2013 Arrested<\/span><\/strong><\/span>

\n 26th Ave & Moraga St<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to a report regarding suspicious activity; an unfamiliar person was sitting on a\u00a0doorstep in the neighborhood while looking through a bag. Responding officers located the suspect and a records check revealed that the the suspect was previously arrested for burglary and that there was an active warrant for her\u00a0arrest. \u00a0An arrest search revealed bolt cutters inside the suspect’s purse. After further investigation,\u00a0the<\/span> suspect was arrested.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Domestic Abuse – Arrested<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 8:36 pm<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Confidential<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to a report regarding domestic violence. The victim reported that she and the suspect, her husband, had an argument earlier that day and her husband choked her. After further investigation and a confirmation of the incident by the victim’s three children, the suspect was arrested.\u00a0 <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
