Vehicle Violation \u2013 Suspended Driver\u2019s License \u2013 Cited<\/span><\/strong><\/span>

\n Officers were on patrol and observed a vehicle without front license plates. The officers conducted a traffic stop and a computer check on the driver revealed that his license had been suspended. The driver was cited.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\n Officers were on patrol and observed a vehicle without front license plate and an item hanging from the rear view mirror. The officers conducted a traffic stop and a computer check on the driver revealed that his license had been suspended. The driver was cited.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Possession of Burglary Tools \u2013 Theft from a Person \u2013 Cited<\/span><\/strong><\/span>

\n 23rd Ave & Moraga St<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to a report of a suspicious activity. Officers arrived on scene and observed a retired police lieutenant detaining\u00a0the suspect, who was a\u00a0juvenile. The witness stated that there were two\u00a0suspects and they were both were observed looking into several parked vehicles. Shortly after, one of the suspects suddenly grabbed a phone from a nearby victim and both suspects immediately ran from the area.\u00a0However, one\u00a0suspect was successfully detained. Upon questioning, the suspect stated that he was on probation for a previous robbery and would have been able to successfully stolen the victim’s phone and gotten away if his shoes were tied. After further investigation, the remaining suspect was cited.\u00a0 <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
