Shoplifting – Cited<\/span><\/span><\/strong>

\n Officers responded to a report regarding a shoplifting arrest. The witness, a loss prevention agent of the store, stated that the suspect was observed grabbing merchandise off the shelves and placing them into his shopping bag. The the suspect then immediately walked out of the store without paying. The witness detained the suspect without incident to await the SFPD. Responding officers investigated the incident and the\u00a0<\/span>suspect was cited.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Warrant Arrest \u2013 Arrested<\/span><\/strong><\/span>

\n 200 Minerva St<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers were dispatched to an incident regarding a verbal argument between neighbors. Upon arrival, officers met with the caller who stated that her neighbor was in violation of a\u00a0restraining order that she had\u00a0against him. The officers determined that\u00a0suspect was not in\u00a0violation of the restraining order. However, a\u00a0records check on\u00a0the suspect\u00a0revealed a warrant out for his arrest.\u00a0After further investigation,<\/span> the suspect was arrested.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\n Officers responded to a report regarding a restraining order violation. The victim stated that the suspect violated a restraining order when he yelled profanities at the victim and placing his hands on the victim’s parked vehicle, which was confirmed by video surveillance.\u00a0Officers were unsuccessful in locating the suspect.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\n Officers responded to a report regarding a restraining order violation. The victim reported that the suspect was observed standing on a nearby sidewalk with a baseball bat despite an active restraining order against him which prohibited such an action. The suspect yelled profanities at the victim and her caretaker before punching the victim in the shoulder while threatening to kill her.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>Officers were unsuccessful in making\u00a0contact with the suspect.<\/span><\/p>\n
