Warrant Arrest<\/span><\/strong><\/span>

\n 1500 48th Ave<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to a report of an argument between a couple. The officers conducted a computer check on the couple and determined that one of them had a warrant for his arrest. The subject was arrested for the warrant.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Vehicle Collision \u2013 Suspended Driver\u2019s License \u2013 Cited<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 4:25 pm<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 1900 Ocean Ave<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers were flagged down to a report of a non injury vehicle collision. A computer check on both\u00a0drivers revealed that one of them had a suspended driver\u2019s license. The driver was cited.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Vehicle Violation \u2013 Suspended Driver\u2019s License \u2013 Cited<\/span><\/strong><\/span>

\n 19th Ave & Moraga St<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers observed a vehicle making unsafe lane changes and cutting off other vehicles. The officers conducted a traffic stop and a computer check on the driver revealed that his license had been suspended. The driver was cited.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Battery<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 4:04 pm<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 00 West Portal Ave<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to a report of a battery. The victim told the officers that she and her friend were in the area when the suspect, another student from the victim\u2019s school, approached them. The suspect claimed that the victim was spreading rumors and wanted to fight with the victim. The victim refused and the suspect punched the victim several times before fleeing. \u00a0 <\/span><\/p>\n

\n Officers responded to a well being check. The victim told the offices that she was pushed by the suspect, her boyfriend. The officers attempted to gain entry to look for the suspect but the victim initially refused to let the officers in. After a few minutes the officers were allowed to go inside and\u00a0located the suspect. The suspect told the police that he never pushed the victim. After further investigation, the suspect was arrested.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
