Vehicle Violation \u2013 No Driver\u2019s License \u2013 Cited<\/span><\/strong><\/span>

\n 12th Ave & Kirkham St<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers were on patrol and observed a vehicle fail to stop at a posted stop sign. The officers conducted a traffic stop and a computer check on the driver revealed that his license had expired. The driver was cited.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Trespassing \u2013 Theft \u2013 Under the Influence in a Public Place \u2013 Cited<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 6:17 pm<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 1700 Ocean Ave<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to a report that a suspect had just stolen the store’s tip jar. Multiple\u00a0witness and victims approached the officers to report that the\u00a0<\/span>suspect had trespassed onto their property and only left when victim yelled at him. The second victim stated\u00a0that<\/span>\u00a0suspect also went into the coffee store and attempted to steal\u00a0the tip jar, however employees\u00a0managed to retrieve it back. Responding officers located and detained the suspect, who appeared to be highly intoxicated.\u00a0<\/span>The suspect was placed into the detox cell for four hours and then cited and released.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\n 800 Ulloa St<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to a report of a couple in a fight. The victim reported that she told the suspect to leave her alone after they had been arguing all day. The suspect refused to leave and continued to grab and pull at her. A witness also reported that he attempted to help the victim but was punched by the suspect instead. The victim refused to provide her name and both the victim and witness declined to press charges. However, after further investigation, the\u00a0<\/span>suspect was later arrested.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\n Ocean Ave & Faxon Ave<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officer was flagged down by a victim, who reported that he had just been punched.\u00a0The victim said that he was walking down the street and was suddenly punched by the suspect. The suspect was detained but\u00a0denied punching the victim.\u00a0After further investigation, the\u00a0suspect was cited.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\n Officers were on patrol and observed a vehicle failing to stop at a posted stop sign. The officers conducted a traffic stop and a computer check revealed that the driver had never had a\u00a0license issued to him. The driver was cited.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
