700 Junipero Serra Blvd
Officers responded to a report of a fight. The victim stated that he and the suspect had an argument and his tablet was broken by the suspect. This caused another argument as to the replacement of the broken tablet and the suspect angrily threw an item at the victim and also brandished a knife. The suspect responded that there was an argument about their study plans which resulted in the damages to the victim’s tablet. The suspect stated that he thought he damaged his own tablet and not the victim’s. The suspect also admitted to throwing an item at the victim later in the day when the victim repeatedly asked the suspect for money to replace the tablet. After further investigation, the suspect was arrested.
