Two victims entered Taraval Station to report a battery incident. The victims reported that the suspect, their neighbor, came home intoxicated at around midnight and started banging on a shared wall. One victim went out to talk to the suspect but the suspect started to wrestle with the victim instead. The victims decided that they couldn’t reason with the suspect, due to his intoxication, and attempted to return to their apartment. The suspect, however, chased after them and punched one of the victims. The victims declined pressing charges against the suspect.
