Violation of a Stay Away Order – Arrested

Officers responded to a report of a violation stay away order. The victim reported that a suspect, with a known history, was standing in front of a neighboring shop that was right next to his, despite a stay away order. Responding officers located the suspect, who was approximately two blocks away from the victim’s store. After confirming that the stay away order was valid, the suspect was arrested.

Shoplifting – Possession of Burglary Tools Warrant Arrest – Arrested

Officers responded to a report of a detained shoplifter. The witness, a store employee, reported that the suspect was observed entering the store. The witness stated that the same suspect had previously stolen approximately three hundred thousand dollars worth of merchandise in past incidents. After observing the suspect select multiple items of store merchandise and placing them directly into her purse and attempting to exit without paying, the suspect was detained. Responding officers investigated the incident and a computer check on the suspect revealed that she had a warrant for her arrest. The suspect was arrested.

Officers responded to a report to the location of a suspect who had a warrant. The witness, the suspect’s brother, told the police that the suspect had a warrant and was currently in the back room of his store. Responding officers located the suspect and placed him under arrest after confirming the warrant.

Violation of Restraining Order – Probation Violation – Arrested

Officers responded to a report of a restraining order violation. The victim stated that the suspect, her daughter, was inside the house but refused to say how the suspect got into her house. A computer check confirmed the restraining order. The suspect was arrested.

Officers responded to a report of a trespasser. The witness told the officers that he found the suspect in the back of the store, near the parking lot which was located on private property. The suspect was located and cited.
