Traffic Violation – No Driver’s License Issued – Cited

Officers were on patrol in an area in which several neighbors had reported that multiple vehicles constantly fail to make complete stops and were speeding. The officers observed a vehicle which did not make any attempt to stop at a posted stop sign. The officers conduced a traffic stop and a computer check on the driver revealed that he had never been issued a California license and had been previously cited multiple times for driving without a license. The driver was cited.

Officers were on patrol and observed a vehicle being driven with only a paper plate displayed. The officers conducted a traffic stop and a computer check revealed that he vehicle was last registered in 2012 and had been issued a license plate. It was also revealed that the driver’s license had been suspended. The driver was cited and the vehicle was towed.

The victim reported that he was walking up to the gas station’s service window when one suspect suddenly ran towards him while a second suspect approached him from behind and punched him. The suspects then took the victim’s wallet and immediately fled the location.

Officers responded to a report of a possible hit and run near Stonestown Galleria. Responding officers made contact with the subject, who was being attended to by a medic. The subject stated that he and his wife had an argument earlier while at McDonalds, which upset him and he drank half a bottle of rum. The subject then noticed that his wife was leaving and driving away, which caused him to suddenly jump towards the vehicle. The subject stated that his wife did not hit him. The subject was transported to the hospital with injuries to his head.
