Assault with Force

Officers responded to an assault. The officers made contact with the victim, who was at a hospital. The victim reported that he was out walking but was upset so he was yelling obscene words towards anyone who happened to be near him. At one point, a group of males approached him and struck him multiple times until he fell on to the ground. The suspects then walked away from the victim.
Battery

Gonzalez Dr & Cardenas Ave
The victim, a taxi driver, came to Taraval Station to report a battery. The victim reported that he was feeding a stray cat in the area when the suspect, a merchant, approached him and yelled at him for feeding the cat. The suspect continued to yell at the victim and also hit the victim on his forearm while saying that it was illegal to feed stray cats. The suspect then folded the mirrors on the victim’s vehicle before walking away.
