Assault with Force

Officers responded to a report of an assault, which had occurred between two homeless males. The witness reported that he had just returned home and heard loud noises from across the street and observed that the suspect was yelling and kicking the victim. Responding officers attempted to interview the victim but the victim was uncooperative and refused to answer any questions.

Officers responded to a report of threats. The victim reported that she was sleeping in her bedroom when the suspect, her son, came home and started making noise. The victim confronted the suspect about the noise and the suspect began throwing items at the victim and threatening to kill her. Fearfully, the victim left the premises. Responding officers arrived at the location and attempted to make contact with the suspect and persuade him to leave the house but the suspect was uncooperative and refused. The negotiation and crisis intervention teams responded out and eventually arrested the suspect.
