Update as of January 19, 2018 at 9:48pm:
At 9:48pm on Friday evening, San Francisco police officers located a vehicle matching the description of one used by a suspect wanted in a homicide on 34th Avenue earlier in the evening. Officers located the vehicle at 47th Avenue and Lincoln Avenue with a person matching the suspect’s description inside. Officers were able to confirm that the suspect was armed with a handgun and took steps to contain the area.
Hostage negotiators were summoned to the scene, as the subject refused to comply with officers’ orders and appeared to have barricaded himself in the vehicle.
