The victim entered Taraval Station to report a trespassing incident. The victim stated that he observed, via a security camera, that a suspect had come up to his door and try the door handle before hopping over the fence and disappearing into the backyard.
Violation of Stay Away Order – Arrested

Officers responded to a report of a stay away order violation. Loss prevention reported that the suspect, who had been notified of stay away order due to a shoplifting incident last October, had returned to the store. Responding officers confirmed the stay away order and located the suspect. The suspect was arrested.
Battery

1200 Noriega St
Officers responded to the hospital regarding a battery incident. The victim reported that he was at a bar, near the dart board, when two suspects bumped into him multiple times. The victim confronted the suspects and the suspects responded that it was their bar and that he had better be careful. The suspects then punched and kicked the victim before leaving the area.
