Possible Shots Fired

100 Caine Ave
Officers responded to a report of a possible shot being fired in the area. The witness reported that he heard an altercation happen down the street from him and then saw a vehicle drive by the altercation with the vehicle’s passenger firing four gun shots straight up in the air. A search of the area revealed a spent cartridge.  

Battery

19th Ave & Holloway Ave
Officers responded to a report of a battery. The victim, a MUNI driver, reported that he was driving a bus when the suspect began yelling and attempting to start a fight on the bus. The victim stopped the bus and asked the suspect to calm down. The suspect responded and told the driver to keep driving. However, when the suspect exited the bus, the suspect spat at the driver and slapped the driver’s arm.
