Warrant Arrest – Probation Violation – Arrested

Officers responded to a report of a detained suspect.  The witness reported that a known shoplifter, who had been arrested previously and been advised to not return to the store, had entered the store again and went directly to the shoe department to request a certain shoe from an employee. The employee found the shoe for the suspect and the suspect continued to browse throughout the store before exiting without paying for his merchandise. A computer check on the suspect revealed an arrest warrant and that the suspect was currently on probation for the same offense. The suspect was arrested.

Officers responded to a report of a trespasser. Officers located the suspect, who was still sitting inside the private property. A computer check on the suspect revealed a warrant for his arrest. The suspect was arrested.

Battery – Cited

00 West Portal Ave
Officers responded to a report of a battery. The suspect, who was well known due to previous incidents, was last seen by witnesses as walking away from the location. The victim reported that the suspect, despite being advised not to enter the store multiple times in the past, had entered the store and filled his cup with milk and sugar without making a purchase. The victim confronted the suspect but the suspect elbowed the victim’s arm before throwing the cup of milk and sugar all over the store. Responding officers located and detained the suspect. After further investigation, the suspect was cited.

Battery – Vandalism to Vehicle

Officers responded to a report of a battery. The victim stated that he had been driving next to the suspect’s vehicle, which was being driven in a reckless manner, when the the suspect’s vehicle almost got into a collision with him. A short while later, the suspect then blocked the victim’s vehicle and exited his own vehicle. The suspect approached the victim and kicked at the victim’s car before punching the victim. The suspect then fled the area in his vehicle.
