Traffic Violation – No Driver’s License – Cited

Officers were on patrol in the area when they observed a vehicle being driven without a license plate. The officers conducted a traffic stop and a computer check on the driver revealed that her license had been expired since last October. The driver was cited.

Trespassing

3000 San Jose Ave
Officers responded to a report of a person screaming at the employees in a store. The victim reported that the suspect enters the store on a daily basis and is always aggressive towards the employees to the point that the suspect is no longer welcome in the store. Earlier, the victim requested that the suspect leave the store but suspect refused and stayed in the store for about two hours before finally going out to the parking lot. Shortly afterwards, the victim was cleaning the floor and attempted to place several items (left over food in a plastic container, a soiled sock, a soiled baseball cap and trash wrappers) into the garbage when the suspect responded angrily and yelled at the victim for touching his property. The victim requested that the suspect be cited for trespassing. After further investigation, the suspect was cited.

Officers responded to the area regarding a verbal argument. The victim reported that the suspects were observed entering the store before selecting an item of merchandise off the shelf and placing it into his pocket. The suspect then immediately exited the store. The victim confronted the suspect but was ignored and the suspect continued to exit the store. The second suspect was then told to also leave the store. Shortly afterwards, both suspects re entered the store and threw multiple items of store merchandise off the shelves. Responding officers detained both suspects and a computer check revealed that one of them had a warrant for his arrest. After further investigation, one suspect was arrested for the warrant and the second suspect was cited.
