Assault – Possession of Methamphetamine – Resisting Arrest – Arrested

1200 Ocean Ave
Officers responded to a report of an assault at a McDonalds. The witness reported that he had been in line and had his motorcycle helmet  on halfway on his head when the suspect tapped on his helmet and said something to him. The witness did not hear what the suspect said but asked that the suspect not talk to him. The victim, a manager, observed the incident and also told the suspect not to bother the customers. The suspect raised a picture frame, that he had been holding in his hands, and hit the victim on the head with it before immediately fleeing the scene. Responding officers located the suspect and successfully detained him, despite the suspect refusal to comply to orders and resisting being handcuffed. A computer check on the suspect revealed two warrants for his arrest. A search of the suspect also revealed a container of methamphetamine. After further investigation, the suspect was arrested.

Sloat Blvd & 34th Ave
Officers responded to a report of a shoplifting incident; a suspect had stolen four backpacks and was running away on foot. Responding officers located, pursued and detained the suspect without incident. The witness declined to press charges after receiving the stolen merchandise. A computer check on the suspect revealed that she had two warrants for her arrest. The suspect was arrested.

3700 Rivera St
The victim entered Taraval Station to report and document battery incident. The victim stated that he had been drinking heavily and decided to confront the suspect about a stolen registration sticker and an argument ensued. The victim admitted that he did not remember much about the argument but remembered being punched in the fact by the suspect. The victim declined to press charges and believed that the issue had been resolved but wanted the incident documented.
