Officers responded to a report of a battery. The victim, a 9 year old child, was playing and running around on the MUNI platform when the suspect kicked the victim on his knees before immediately walking away.

The victim reported that he had been standing at the corner while waiting for the LRV when the suspect suddenly approached him and threw a napkin at his face. The suspect then punched the victim multiple times in the face before immediately fleeing the area.
