Officers were on patrol and observed a vehicle without a front license plate and heavily tinted windows. The officers conducted a traffic stop and made contact with the driver. The driver stated that she did not have a license because she had been caught on a DUI a couple weeks ago and the officers took away her license. The driver was cited.
