Officers responded to a report of a battery. The witness reported that two vehicles had stopped next to him before the suspect got out of his vehicle and confronted the victim, the driver of the second vehicle. The suspect then punched the victim in the face. The witness exited his vehicle and separated the two parties without further incident. The victim stated he was driving when the suspect cut him off. The suspect then followed his car until the victim stopped. Then, the suspect exited his vehicle, approached the victim and punched him. After further investigation, the suspect was cited.
