Robbery

2900 San Jose Ave
Officers responded to a report of a robbery at a gas station. The victim stated that suspect, who had a history of stealing from the gas station, walked into the store and poured himself some coffee. The victim confronted the suspect and the suspect responded by pouring coffee on to the victim before exiting the store.  

Warrant Arrest
8:24 am
1600 Noriega St
Officers responded to a laundromat regarding a subject who was wanted by Alameda County. The subject was wearing an ankle monitor that was not working. The officers responded to the location and located the subject. The subject stated that his ankle monitor was no longer working because he did not have a place to charge it. Alameda County requested that the subject be arrested.

Battery – Vandalism to Vehicle – Arrested

2640 Sloat Blvd
Officers responded to a report of a battery. The victim, a driver for Uber, stated that he was waiting for his fare when the suspect walked up to him and punched him. The suspect then ripped the turn signal lever off the steering wheel before walking away from the victim. Responding officers located the suspect and after further investigation, the suspect was arrested.

One incident of domestic violence; no arrest made.
