Officers were on patrol and observed a vehicle with an expired registration. A computer check on the vehicle revealed that it had been expired since 2017. The officers conducted a traffic stop and made contact with the driver, who showed obvious signs of intoxication. After failing sobriety testing, the driver was arrested.
