Vandalism to Property – Cited

Officers responded to a report of vandalism. The victim reported that her neighbor, the suspect, had previously broken the bedroom window. Today, the suspect used a water hose to spray water through the broken window which caused water damage to items inside the bedroom. The suspect was located and cited.
Warrant Arrest – Arrested

1600 45th Ave
Officers responded to a report of a suspicious vehicle. The witness reported that the vehicle had been double parked for approximately three hours when a person, who was standing outside of the vehicle, began screaming. Responding officers located the vehicle and detained all of the occupants that were inside. A computer check revealed that one of the occupants had an arrest warrant out of San Mateo County. One of the occupants was arrested for the warrant and the rest of the occupants were released.

Officers responded to a report of a battery. The victim reported that the suspect had pushed him while they were both inside his store but he did not want to press charges. Responding officers located the suspect and a computer check revealed a warrant for her arrest. The suspect was arrested.
