Officers responded to a report of a battery. The victim reported that he was walking with his wife when the suspect made a derogatory comment towards them. The victim confronted the suspect and the suspect responded angrily by pushing and punching the victim. The suspect then fled the area. 

Warrant Arrest – Possession of Narcotics – Arrested

100 West Portal Ave
Officers were on patrol and observed a suspect looking quickly up at them before immediately ducking behind a parked vehicle inside a parking lot. The officers approached the suspect and observed an open can of beer next to him and a bag of clothes. A computer check on the suspect revealed an arrest warrant and a search of the suspect revealed a pipe commonly used to inhale cocaine. The suspect was arrested.  

Trespassing – Battery – Brandishing

Officers responded to a report of a suspect with a knife. The victim reported that he and the suspect had engaged in an argument after the suspect used the laundromat to change her clothes and the suspect punched the victim. The victim then went to the back office but shortly after, the suspect approached and tapped on the glass with a knife before the suspect fled the area.
