Officers responded to a report of a battery between two parties who lived separately in two different apartments. Party 1 stated that Party 2 had trespassed into her apartment and started a verbal argument over an appliance that had been delivered. The argument then ended in a fight. Responding officers investigated the incident and cited both parties for battery and Party 1 was also cited for trespassing.
