Officers responded to a report a suspicious vehicle which had it’s windows covered while there was movement inside. Responding officers located the vehicle and made contact with the occupants, who had been asleep. A computer check on the license revealed that the plate had been stolen and that one of the two occupants also had an arrest warrant. The occupant was arrested.
