Robbery with a Gun

300 Holloway Ave
Officers responded to a report of a robbery. The first victim, who had just exited a ride share vehicle, was looking for his keys when two suspects approached him with a gun pointed in his direction before they stole his property. A second victim, who was delivering a legal purchase of marijuana, also reported that the same suspects had approached him with a gun before taking the delivery and his property. The suspects then fled in a waiting vehicle.  

Assault with a Gun

Officers responded to a report of a shooting. The victims reported that they were in the area when a vehicle drove by and fired multiple shots in their direction. One victim suffered an injury, where a bullet had grazed to his leg, during the incident.  After further investigation, it was determined that the suspect’s vehicle was similar to an earlier report of a shooting in the Bayview District.  

False Imprisonment – Assault with a Gun

Officers were on patrol in the area when they heard a cry for assistance. The victims reported that they had just met the suspect at a bar and had gone with him to his home afterwards. At the home, the suspect offered the victims illegal drugs and then asked to have sex with them. The victims declined and the suspect angrily pointed a gun at them while preventing them from leaving. The victim convinced the suspect to put away the gun and they immediately fled.  

Possession of Air Gun – Cited

1700 Irving St
Officers responded to a report of a person with a gun. The witness reported that he had observed the handle of a gun sticking out of a suspect’s bag while the suspect was asleep on the sidewalk. Responding officers located the suspect and detained him. An investigation revealed that the gun was a realistic looking BB gun. The suspect was cited.
