Officers respond to a report of a vehicle break in. The witness reported that he had just arrived home and observed the suspect sitting inside his neighbor’s vehicle. The witness told the victim and they both went out to discover the suspect sitting inside another vehicle before walking away. Responding officers located the suspect and detained him. After further investigation, it was revealed that the suspect had broken into both vehicles. The suspect was arrested.
