Officers responded out to a report of suspicious activity in which the suspect was observed attempting to break into a vehicle and testing the door of a residence. Responding officers located the suspect and observed a large kitchen knife in the suspect’s possession and confiscated it. A search of the suspect revealed multiple tools useful for breaking into buildings as well as methamphetamine and opiates.  The suspect was arrested.

The victim, a MUNI bus driver stated that the suspect and another person had been arguing loudly on the bus. The victim stopped the bus and told the suspect to get off. As the suspect was exiting the bus, he deliberately exposed his posterior to the victim before brandishing a box cutter at the victim.

One incident of domestic violence; the suspect was arrested.
