The victim reported that he observed the suspect removing a sign off the street and throwing it into a nearby garbage can. The victim attempted to take a photo of the suspect but the suspect lunged at the victim, causing the victim to fall. The suspect then attempted to take the victim’s phone but was unsuccessful. The suspect fled the scene immediately afterwards.
Arson – Arrested

Officers responded to a report of arson. Responding officers arrived at the location, in which an item had been set on fire but was self extinguishing. The witness, a security employee, provided photos of the suspect setting multiple items on fire on his own lawn. After further investigation, the suspect arrested.
