Officers responded to a report of a physical altercation. Responding officers arrived at the scene and located the victim, who was yelling at the suspect while he was walking away from the victim. The victim reported that he and the suspect were friends and had attempted to greet the suspect earlier but the suspect responded by flailing his arms and hitting the victim. The victim stated that he attempted to defend himself with his skateboard but did not hit the suspect with it. After further investigation, the suspect was arrested.

Officers responded to a report of suspicious activity. The victim presented the officers with surveillance footage of the suspect, who was looking intently at the victim’s home for no apparent reason. After viewing the provided footage, an officer on scene recognized the suspect from a previous interaction and identified the suspect.
