Officers responded to a report of a battery. The victim reported that he had been crossing the street with his family when a fast vehicle approached the crosswalk. The victim told the vehicle’s driver to slow down. The driver responded angrily by exiting his vehicle and punching the victim before a family member intervened and separated them. The driver then drove away in his vehicle.
