Officers responded to a report of shots fired. The victim reported that he had been outside when the suspect, his brother-in-law, walked past him before turning around and pointed something at the victim. The victim, thinking that the object was a gun, covered his head and then heard a popping noise. The victim then looked up and observed the suspect walking away from him. The victim stated that there had been an ongoing feud between himself and the suspect.
