The victim reported that the suspect, who had a history of shoplifting, was observed walking into the store and putting merchandise into his bag. The victim confronted the suspect and the suspect responded by hitting the victim with his skateboard. The suspect then immediately fled the area.

Responding officers arrived at the location and made contact with the parties involved. The first party stated that despite a restraining order on the second party, the second party arrived at the first party’s house. The second party reported that, during the incident, a gun had been pointed at them. After further investigation, both parties are cited.
