Officers were on patrol in the area when they observed a vehicle being driven without lights on, despite it being dark. The officers attempted to conduct a traffic stop but the vehicle immediately fled at a high and unsafe rate of speed.

Officers were in the area when they observed a suspicious vehicle parked in a parking lot with a driver, the suspect, who appeared to be sleeping. The officers conducted a computer check which revealed that the vehicle had been reported stolen. The officers made contact with the suspect and a computer search revealed that there were seven arrest warrants. The suspect was arrested.
