Attempted Stolen Vehicle – Case# 210376584

Faxon Ave & De Montfort Ave
The witness reported that he had called the police after observing the suspect open a door to a vehicle, after prying open or picking the vehicle’s lock. Shortly before, the suspect was observed suspiciously looking into multiple vehicles nearby. Responding officers investigated the vehicle and observed that the vehicle’s ignition had been punched and the front door was damaged.

West Portal Ave & Vicente St
The victim reported that she had been on her cell phone and heard the suspect screaming while walking towards the victim. The victim fearfully ran from the suspect, who chased her and grabbed the victim’s shoulder. The victim believes that the suspect also asked for water during the incident. The suspect was transported to the hospital for medical attention and the victim declined to press charges.

Officers responded to a report of a subject refusing to put on a mask while riding on the MUNI. Despite being asked to wear a mask or exit the MUNI, the subject refused to comply to either of the options. The subject was cited for trespassing.
