Officers responded to Stonestown Galleria regarding a suspect who was refusing to leave a store, despite being asked to leave by the mall’s security employees. The officers made contact with the suspect, who had been involved in a similar incident in March at the mall, and explained that both the store and mall had requested that he leave the property. The suspect refused and was cited before being escorted off the property.
