Battery – Case# 210555023 7:37 pm 200 Montana St The victim reported that he had been collecting empty cans when a suspect, who had been following him, threw an orange traffic cone that struck the victim’s head. The suspect immediately fled the area afterwards.
Driving While under the Influence of Alcohol – Arrested – Case# 210554730 5:10 pm Sloat Blvd & 19th Ave Officers responded to a report of two subjects who had passed out inside a vehicle that occupying a lane of traffic. Responding officers located the vehicle and had to make numerous attempts to wake up the driver. After further investigation and testing, the driver was arrested for being under the influence of alcohol and driving.
