The victim, an employee of the church, reported that he had discovered the suspect sleeping inside the garden and attempted to tell the suspect to leave. However, the suspect responded angrily and sprayed the victim with a can of bear mace. Responding officers located the suspect, who was still at the location, and arrested the suspect after further investigation.
