Officers were on patrol and were notified by a witness that there was a reckless driver nearby. The officers located the vehicle and a computer check revealed that the license plate did not match the vehicle it was attached to. A traffic stop was conducted and a computer check revealed an arrest warrant. After further investigation, it was determined that the vehicle had been reported stolen earlier. The driver was detained and arrested.
