Officers responded to a report of a battery. The victim reported that he had been talking to his friend’s neighbor when the friend approached him and became verbally aggressive. The victim attempted to walk away but his friend followed him and began arguing, while standing very close to the victim. Shortly afterwards, the victim discovered a cut on his face and wanted to press charges. Responding officers investigated the incident before citing and releasing the friend.
