Winston Dr & Buckingham Way
The victim reported that a ladder, which appeared abandoned, was on the sidewalk nearby. The victim attempted to move the ladder off the sidewalk but the suspect exited an RV, while holding a firearm, and ran towards the victim. Responding officers detained the suspect and a search of the RV located the firearm. After further investigation, the suspect was arrested.
