Officers responded to a report of a battery. Responding officers made contact with the victim, who was too intoxicated to provide information regarding the incident. A witness stated that the victim may have been involved in an argument with a known suspect before the suspect poured wine on the victim. The witness stated that the suspect may have also hit the victim.
