Officers responded to a report of an assault. The victim reported that they had been on a bus when he glanced at the suspect. The suspect then walked over to the victim and asked if there was a problem. Shortly after, the suspect suddenly hit the victim’s head with something before exiting the bus and fleeing the scene. Responding officers located the suspect and after further investigation, the suspect was arrested.
