Driving Under the Influence – Case# 220578106

Officers responded to a report of a vehicle collision. Responding officers arrived at the location and observed the driver showing indications of being intoxicted. After failing the standard field sobriety test, the driver was arrested.  

Battery – Case# 220578554

Officers responded to a gym regarding an incident of battery. The victim reported that he had just started to use an exercise machine when the suspect approached and stated that they had been waiting to use the same machine. An argument ensued and the suspect pushed the victim before immediately leaving the area.  

Warrant Arrest – Case# 220151633

SFPD Investigations Unit contacted officers of the Taraval Street Crime Unit regarding a known suspect with an arrest warrant. The officers located, made contact and arrested with the suspect without incident. 

Assault – Case# 220580305

1200 Ocean Ave
Officers responded to a report of a suspect pushing an elderly victim prior to walking away. Responding officers located the suspect, who was walking in the middle of a roadway and appeared to be talking to themselves. The officers attempted to make contact with the suspect and detain them, but the suspect refused contact and then fought against the officers. After a brief struggle, the suspect was placed in handcuffs. After further investigation, the suspect was arrested for the assault of an elderly victim and resisting arrest.

Possession of Stolen Property – Vehicle Tampering – Case# 220578300

Officers responded to a report of a suspect who had been discovered in the victim’s vehicle. Responding officers located the suspect and detained them without incident. After further investigation, a stun gun and stolen property was discovered in the suspect’s possession. The suspect was cited.
