The witness reported that the suspect had entered the bar with a firearm. The suspect then started tapping on a table with the pistol and appeared to be upset or angry. Shortly afterwards, the suspect exited the building and fired a single round overhead and into the sky before walking away.

Holloway Ave & Brighton Ave
Officers responded to a report of a suspect with a firearm. The victim, who was waiting for a nearby store to open, reported that the suspect had ridden up on a scooter. The victim attempted to engage in conversation about the scooter, as the victim’s friend also had a scooter, and started questioning the suspect. The suspect responded by suddenly punching the victim’s face and leaving the area. The victim followed the suspect into a home and knocked on the door. Another person answered the door, threatened that they had a gun and told the victim to leave.
Shoplifting / Hit & Run – Case# 220598370 &

3200 20th Ave / Junipero Serra Blvd & Winston Dr
Officers responded to a retail theft. The suspects entered a store and stole multiple items before fleeing in a waiting vehicle. However, shortly afterwards, the suspects struck another vehicle in a nearby intersection. The suspects then fled the area on foot. After further investigation, it was revealed that the suspects’ vehicle may have also been involved in another incident in Palo Alto.
