Officers responded to a report of a dispute at the soccer field. The first party was observed taking videos of a girl, who was playing on the field. The second party became upset and confronted the first party. An argument ensued and both parties stated that the other party had hit or pushed them. After further investigation, both parties were cited.

An off-duty officer was approached by the suspect, who had aggressively run up and demanded the keys to the officer’s car. The 0ff-duty officer identified himself as a police officer and the suspect responded by immediately fleeing the area, despite being ordered to stop. The suspect was later located, with the help of SF State officers, and arrested.
