Officers responded to a report of a battery. The victim stated that they had asked the suspect if they were in line but the suspect did not respond to the victim. Shortly afterwards, the suspect became verbally aggressive and walked away from the victim. The suspect then returned and threw a cold cup of coffee at the victim before walking away again.
